Shipping & Payment Policies

Shipping Policies:
1. We offer free shipping for all orders delivered in India.
2. For International orders - Shipping charges can be seen at the time of checkout after you provide your shipping address.
3. All orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Kindly make sure that you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help in delivering your order faster. 

6. We dispatch all parcels within 3-4 working days upon receiving your order. Occasionally, despite our efforts, parcels may experience delays beyond the expected delivery date due to technical issues with our courier partners.
If you require early delivery or need your parcel delivered by a specific date, please contact us at 9571395559. Terms and conditions apply to expedited or scheduled deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your parcels reach you promptly and reliably.

Payment Policies:
1. For orders getting shipped to India, we accept online payment through Debit & Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery, PayTM, Google Pay & PhonePe.
2. For all International Orders, we accept online payment through Credit & Debit cards.
3. In case of International orders, customers/recipients of order may be charged custom taxes/duties or local charges on delivery. This may be over and above the  shipping charges calculated at checkout and has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. No refunds would be entertained in case the customer/recipient refuses to pay these charges.

 

International Shipping Charges

For orders shipped outside India, shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the information available at the time of order placement.

In certain cases, the shipping charges displayed at checkout may be incorrect due to carrier rate changes, destination-specific requirements, dimensional weight calculations, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will contact the customer and provide the correct shipping charges applicable to the order.

The customer may choose to pay the additional shipping charges and proceed with the order. If the customer does not agree to the revised shipping charges, the order may be canceled.

Refund Policy for International Shipping Discrepancies

In the event of order cancellation due to revised shipping charges, a refund will be processed after deducting any non-refundable payment gateway, transaction, processing, or platform fees charged by payment service providers (including but not limited to Shopify Payments, Razorpay, banks, card networks, UPI providers, or other payment processors). The exact deduction may vary depending on the payment method used and the fees incurred during the transaction.

By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding international shipping charges and applicable refund deductions.
